I was just singing the song 'same God' right now and I opened YouTube and saw this. I really love it so much it's helped me realise that God hasn't changed and he is always ready to help me as he did for David and Esther and Mary. This Song came out on a day I got news of an illness of a family member and as soon as i heard FAITHFULNESS in this song the Spirit leaped in me and I instantly was lifted and reminded of ALL the answers God has given me to my prayers and I then passed the song to the family member knowing God STILL heals!!

I've just lost my sister on Wednesday the 16th whom i have been praying for listening to the song but am saying it is well, my God is still my God, i am lost of words. In 2020 November on the 22nd i lost my sister due to Covid but because i was listening to Elevation Worship every time before i slept i got better day by day. God has been doing wonderful things for me and my family all these years, i know my sisters are in a better place my Lord. God bless the Elevation Worship, you've touched so many people in this world. Every song Elevation has done has had such a huge impact in my life and relationship with God but the song Same God, wow, just wow!! That song touched my soul, it has changed everything. The chorus saying "Oh God, My God, I need you now" brings me to tears. Reminds me that I need God in every step I take but also that he is the SAME GOD that I read about in the bible, he hasn't changed and anything is possible for my God! Best song ever!!

'Same God' was released the week I was in a really terrible place. It was hard to trust God after so many setbacks and disappointments. This song was on repeat for me for an entire week, even during my prayer time. I felt God's overwhelming presence each time I played this song. God bless the Elevation Worship team and Elevation Church as a whole. Your sermons and lyrics have really great words and meaning and they declare the Intents of the Father's heart💕
