Hi Lauren, what would be an absolute beginner workout playlist or plan you'd recommend? I want to finally get a routine going that would combine cardio and strength. Would you recommend a playlist or just pick and choose? I'm 27 and realizing I need to strengthen my body, being skinny isn't automatically healthy as we get older. Anyyy recommendations of any kind welcome🥰

I just read that cardio and especially HIIT is not good for people older than 30s, because it raises our cortisol level, because of the muscle loss and other factors. Is it true?
