My one year old granddaughter was wearing a Def Leppard shirt the other day that I bought for her. I took both my girls who are 15 years apart to their first concert when they each turned 13 and of course it was Def Leppard both times. Brought an exchange teacher from China to her first rock concert too. She didn't know any if the lyrics but she got up and screamed and cheered anyway, bc she felt the music and its amazing vibe. I'll never forget how she said that was the best thing ever, I released all my stress!

Hysteria was the first album that made me love music. I think I was ten when it came out. My best friend's older sister had it on cassette. Man, we couldn't get enough of it. Still one of my all time favorites.

Hysteria was released in 1987. Perfect timing for me as a lovesick adolescent. I dedicated that title song to my crush when I was 12-13. I think the young man here in the first picture can relate if he's got his eye on a special girl.☺️
