We are living in tremendous paradox these days — miraculous and messy, deeply inward and powerfully outward. Our attention is pulled in many directions, yet so many are feeling the inner anchor calling them back home to the seat of their true Self.
As we enter 2026, we step into our sixth year of
Full Circle: The Art of Living Yoga, Meditation & Facilitators Training
With my incredible co-teachers @mariamacsay & @evangelos_aik we hold a space where the inner journey is supported by outward tribe, where we are witnessed, challenged, and invited into deeper integrity.
Full Circle, in a way, serves as a life-school for many. A remembering. A place to shed what has kept us small and a courageous path into acceptance of uncertainty. This is threshold work: connected deeply to the teachings of the Void. Working with embodied, and deeply transformative contemplation and expression. It asks for your whole heart, and gives back in ways that reshape the way you meet yourself in and of the world.
We meet online in March, May, August and September, allowing spacious months between modules for digestion, integration and renewal.
For those seeking a path through a mystical and nondual lens — weaving science with spirit, form with the formless, the seen with the unseen — this may be your next step.
THE FOUR MODULES
1. Foundations of Form • Somatic and asana-based study • Meditation and breath practices • Yogic history through a mystical lens • The doorway where form meets the great mystery
2. The Body, the Heart & the Energetic Self • Deep embodiment and emotional intelligence • Energetic anatomy and subtle systems • Exploring death, temporality and the human condition • The heart as a portal into the void
3. Listening as Practice • Yin, slowing down and receptive presence • Tuning to inner and outer subtlety • Cultivating stillness and nondual awareness
4. Walking the Path in the World • Bringing practice into daily life • Living with sustainability, ethics and integrity • Embodiment as a way of being
