Basically, any kind of secondary/one-time character in any show you like, who has a lot of potential to be a great recurring character but gets thrown to the side in favor of using the same main/supporting characters over and over again, when we already get tired of their usual shenanigans and charades (The Loud House and WordGirl are good examples).
