I just discovered that the detective in charge of Bullhorn Betty's criminal case submitted a second subpoena on 1/13/2025. This makes me feel a little better knowing that they are watching her. BHB also got another continuance for her appeal court date which was supposed to be 2/22/2025. It is now in April. I am sure she will keep getting continuances for her criminal hearing as well. There is no limit as to how many times a defendant can get continuances in Tennessee. This could go on for months!
