Maybe you could talk about ‘Over Dieting’ I am losing weight, from 85kg and want to get to 75kg I was losing weight steadily (500g/week) on 1500 cals, doing gym. Now that I also do soccer training 3 times a week aswell as gym my weight loss has plateau’d I thought the extra exercise would lose it faster, but maybe I need to increase my calories as im burning to much?

Lol i don't know why both are hard for people ? If you wanna lose weight just eat less than what you are required to eat and if you wanna gain muscle just do simple exercise and eat more than what you are required to eat. Also it doesn't matter what you eat if is maccas or healthy food, as long as you eat less than what you need you will lose weight or gain weight if you eat more, is so simple.
