The relaxed pause: a measurement of how your breathing is and how it will impact your night time breathing. The smaller it is, the worse your breathing is (more details on that below). Really simple to do: 1/ Normal inhale 2/ Normal exhale 3/ Hold until the "first urge to breathe" (this is subjective, but if you can breathe normally after measuring this... you did it right!)The higher you get this number, the better.The faster you get this number up, the faster you get back to fully living.If you want help with that, comment BREATHE below
