Thank you so much everyone who helped make this thing exist. I am forever grateful. I think the CD is my favorite. Printed on its face are some words about what this album means to me.

// Amidst the climate crisis, an unending pandemic, potent misinformation, growing political unrest, and other existential crises—society remains bound to the internal “logic” of capitalism, broadly sacrificing human needs in exchange for profit and growth at all costs. This dynamic has seeped into every aspect of our lives; creating apathy and disillusionment in our individual journeys for meaning, sowing jealousy and distrust within our communities, coercing people to define their worth according to the language of this capitalistic illogic, and extinguishing our ability to envision alternative futures. Feeling doomed to watch in horror as we barrel towards an historic collision course with the consequences of this Sisyphean machination has become a daily routine and we’ve reached a point where even the movements, language, and art created to challenge these exploitative systems become absorbed and repurposed within its self-destructive pattern; where influencer status and commercial opportunism masquerade as authenticity, or even activism itself. The music industry is often no different. It presents the commodification of identity as a virtuous band-aid but fails to escape its vampiric nature or provide any real tools to dismantle institutional inequality.
Every sign, screen, slogan, and algorithmic suggestion begs us to be complacent, willfully ignorant, or too exhausted and powerless to remove ourselves from the intense forward momentum and downward pressure of the status quo. The discomfort we feel is the last blaring siren, trying desperately to alert us that danger looms ahead. While institutions of power tell us “stop fighting it, there’s nothing you can do!” or worse “only YOU can solve everything by buying (into) THIS” I hope this album, lyrically and sonically, makes the case for the value of weaponizing our internal dissonance toward more revolutionary paths for the self and society. I hope it validates the screaming voice within, without attempting to sedate or calculate or rationalize anything, that it holds your hand and screams with you. //
