TBT: I started out working on the help desk at a school district with thousands of devices from old computers, MacBooks, iPads, CISCO Phones, smart boards etc. etc. we took calls some mornings from the time we walked in til we clocked out. During the summers we’d all gather up and go to the schools and re-image computers to get them ready for the next school year 🖥️ we worked HARDDDDDD! What I loved the most about working at the great JPS in their IT department is that no matter the role, we got to touch literally EVERYTHING! From network switches, routers, wireless access points, VLANs, Printers, Copiers, Servers literally EVERYTHING and I’m so grateful for that job because I gained the confidence it this field of work just from the experience I learned there. When I say me and these guys(and a few other women) were in the trenches! We were in the trenches!! lol 😂 and I’m carrying on the torch by starting my own tech business helping others with their tech.
