Streaker Sally Acorn

If you saw my previous post about my hospital visit for a medical procedure, I wanted to give you all an update. I successfully underwent an endoscopy procedure, and I’m proud to say that everything went smoothly despite the challenges that came up along the way. The doctors took their time to ensure everything was done correctly and safely, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the process.

The results showed that my stomach is completely swollen, and my esophagus has visible red streaks—signs that something’s been going on for a while. The procedure was originally expected to take less than five minutes, but it ended up lasting about twenty due to the inflammation and extra care required. Even though it was longer than planned, I’m thankful that the team took the time needed to be thorough.

This experience reminded me of how important it is to listen to your body and take your health seriously. I’m proud of myself for facing it head-on instead of ignoring the signs. Recovery and answers take time, but I’m staying strong and positive through it all.

I’m truly glad to be here today—grateful for modern medicine, for the people who support me, and for the chance to keep moving forward. This is just another step toward getting better, and I’m ready to keep pushing through with strength and pride.
