i’ve been taking some time away from social media lately and since your support means the world to me - it’s only fair that i share why (please know that i appreciate everyone who’s still sticking around and crocheting cute things with me even though i haven’t made anything new)
i’ve recently had to find new homes for 2 of my cats and their loss has left me numb. every time i take out my yarns to crochet, i feel their absence on my bed and work space and cannot continue.
giving them away was one of the hardest things i’ve had to face, but they were being increasingly bullied by my other adult cats and i couldn’t bear to see them scared and hiding all the time. luckily, they’ve been adopted by lovely families that will give them the love and attention they deserve.
i’m slowly working through this and trying to complete the projects i’ve had in mind for months. i hope you understand, please stick around and i’ll be back soon - all my love 🫶🏻
