100% for me its confidence when it comes to upgrading my rig myself. I’ll buy high end upgrades such as remote downstreamer or bigger washer and not install them immediately because my current rig is working right and i don’t care to disrupt my system. Whenever i eventually install said upgrade I’m like “well waiting this long was stupid and i should’ve just done it”

High quality lead generation has been the biggest challenge. I put systems in place this year to ensure that my social media marketing is on point but I believe that is the "long game." We're currently developing systems for the 2024 season for more "Boots on the ground" marketing.

Just started this fall. My 1st customer is my biggest struggle so far. Had some bad spotting and hazing on the windows. I’ve offered multiple times to come back but it’s almost like she doesn’t want me too. Will go a few weeks with hearing nothing then I’ll get a message saying nothing she’s tried has worked. I guess I’m not sure when or where to “draw the line”? I even admitted fault in probably not rinsing the windows thoroughly enough.
