I always enjoy counter-argument to points, plus it really shows how much you know about a given subject too!

That's why I like yours channel. I dont want narratives. I want arguments. By arguing and the defending shall an idea be discussed

Hearing the counter-arguments is good. Not hearing the counter-arguments is fascism.

I believe that Darwin in his Origin of Species gives a list of counter arguments to his theory. A true scientist: nullius in verba. Well done and a good recovery!

Always look forward to whatever you bring. Entertaining, cogent arguments are a rarity on the net!

That’s a very balanced approach. Like devil’s advocate? It’s good to hear all sides.

You know its funny. I thought you were a bit over the top with your views of how people rewrite what they think, until I had a conversation today with my son. He is relatively educated and general moderate in his views. We were talking about another channel's video on the challenges of the economy of Saudi Arabia and he asked what I would do. I told him that there mega-projects and government funded business don't work and that I would focus on infrastructure and encourage entrepreneurship. I said the former was the definition of socialism. He said, "No, socialism is about helping people to do what they want." So, I googled socialism and read him the first definition that I came to. He said, "Well, then I disagree with the definition". We went on to have a wide ranging conversation that left me a bit depressed. So, please don't stop.

There will be a video later today, and this will be the first time I offer a counter-argument to some of the narratives I’ve covered recently. For that reason, it could be controversial for some members of the audience…
But I have also been ill (again) this past week, so I’ve had to make today’s video shorter than usual, and it’s more on the lighter side as well. Still, I hope you enjoy it. Please let me know what you think of the counter-argument I make.
Cheers!
