MJ23 His Airness Forever

In May 1995, Shaq and the Magic spoiled MJ's return sending Bulls to their vacation early. The Bulls would have their revenge next year sweeping the Magic and went on to claim the NBA title. Watch both series now by becoming my Patreon.

@capbruhcorn

Losing to Orlando in 95 was a blessing in disguise. It exposed the Bulls inability to rebound, get second chance points, and defend bigs after losing Horrance Grant. Grant was on the Magic and doing to the Bulls what he used to do for them. To the ignorant casuals, Rodman was a 34yr old who wore his welcome out with the Spurs when he landed with the Bulls. He was brought in to fill a void, not form a “super team”. That’s Gen Z/millenial talk.

@MicroWave233

Even though they lost in 95, that series still had some of my favorite jordan moments

@Mark-xl1ze

Shaq and the Magic are one of four teams (and the last team) to ever beat MJ in a playoff series. The others were the Bucks, Celtics and Pistons. Wow.

Michael Jordan and the Bulls had a comeback from the Orlando Magic and worked harder than ever to win their title!!!

@Wyndamn

Penny Hardaway was the Truth and gave MJ and Pip that work.

Jordan wasn’t basketball ready when he came back. He said he was still in baseball shape from training specific muscles for baseball that were entirely different from basketball. If he would have played the whole year , no doubt the Bulls win that series and have another Championship.

That ‘95 playoffs lost to the Magic was the catalyst to the Bulls 2nd 3peat…

Oh speaking of the Bulls and MJ .. 72-10 in 1996 has a nice 💍 ring to it.. 2016 Warriors 73-9 doesn't

@jasonhowell-lg5ig

From 1991 to 1998 with MJ on the court.. the Bulls were 25-1 win loss in playoffs series.. that only loss was to Shaq and Orlando and Bulls and MJ sweep em the next playoffs in 1996. Amazing run that may not happen again.

@markcruz359

I was thinking maybe they lacked a center.... and i looked up when Luc Longley joined. He didn't join until a year later in 1996

And then Shaq went on to manage Hulk Hogan at 1995 Bash At The Beach

@ActionFigureWorld

Losing Ho-Grant, Stacy King & Scott Williams in one off-season was damaging to the 94-95 season.

Knocking off MJ cost Shaq and penny the chip . They blew their load ,knocking off the king took away their mental focus needed to close it out.

The Dream would kick the gambler’s ass so hard if they ever made it to the finals in 1995

MJ came in later in 95 I thought, so it don't count, plus he wasn't in shape enough, just like coming back in 2001
