Honestly - you cover just about everything we could ask for from bow content here, dude! A lot of us are just glad to have you back in the saddle - the bow scene just wouldn’t have been the same without ya, chief!

The combo video is what I'm really waiting for. Our bow combos are basic and now we have a lot more toys but the basic combo still feels best.

I would say a progression guide but honestly just packing as many stamina skills as possible early seems good enough. Going over dragon piercer vs spread shot play style would be really insightful too.

Hi tidus, if you want, can you do a video that compare variois artian weapons setup? Eg when is worth to go with an artian? Also when crit element and charge master, it will be worth to go with more element, or more raw will always be the best option?

It'd be great If you could bring some speedrun commentary about that specific matchup. Like, why are you using certain bows, why do you make use of dragonpiercer more often in that specific hunt etc

Wow a Bow combo guide, I will take a look. I already use Bow as a main since World and Rise but you can still learn something new. Does the quick tracer shot still work? I saw someone in the beta do it.

I would love for you to talk about the bow weapons skills, especially if you don’t mention them in meta build, like if they could be useful : especially the new Tetrad Shot, but maybe a little bit as well Focus, Ballistic and Special Ammo Boost? Thanks !

You are doing a lot for the community thank you Tidus... I wanted some advice regarding flayer skill as i have doubt it work well with the bow and how it scale with other skills or type of damage (raw or elemental)... Another thing i tested pure raw bow (G. Doshaguma bow 300 raw) stacking a lot of affinity and crit boost and i was dealing more damage against arkveld comparing to the pierce ice bow or any other dragon bow... Maybe the game oriented to raw damage right now? Maybe the elemental slots can used for other skills now?

Hi n.n I'm new to Bow. Started playing Monster Hunter just a few years ago when Rise came. I wanted to use bows cus I play other RPG games and love everything about them. But I didn't like them on Rise, and I've been watching videos on how Bows are a lot better and agile. Do you have any guide for me to start learning how to use bows? Thanks n.n

Hey everyone, here are the videos planned for the next week or so:
1 - keybind and settings video:
It’s been requested a lot by pc players. I’m planning on uploading this maybe today. It’s gonna be a very quick, almost no editing video.
2 - bow combo/combat guide
This will take more time to record and edit and I’m planning to release it on Monday-Tuesday
3 - meta sets refining and alternative sets
The endgame video I posted was early in the game cycle (5 days in). I think it mostly holds up to what we see now, but some adjustments can be made.
I want to wait at least a week for things to settle and potentially revisit meta set recommendations.
Also adding alternative sets, such as dragon piercer or niche matchups.
