Seeing Lucky hold Hangry’s head leads to 2 possibilities. 1 - Lucky became angry enough that he killed the other 2 thinking they’re holding him back from going full monster on Doug. 2 - Doug must of finished off Hangry & then Lucky appears. (Probably also lacking in clones due to them losing there ring piece.)

This could either be in Fear Fortress or a cutscene in CH5 that's a flashback from Mascot Mayhem after the castle blew up from the self-destruct that happens when we meet Lucky again in CH5.

Lucky is the perfect right-hand man for Malaks' side to do all the dirty work for Lord Malak. Also, this is where i think The Joy Of Despair will play during Fear Fortress zone 2, and we fight Malak in zone 3. This is a speculation of what i think might happen during the level.
