This is me at 15% BF at 185 LBS. I maintain a max lift of 225 lbs on the big 3 for 10 reps. As of now I run a mile at a 5:46 pace. Oh and I’m a vegetarian with my main source of food being black bean burgers, eggs and banana pancakes. Drink of choice is water with daily coffee. I train once a day in various activities ranging from gymnastics, running, weightlifting and sprinting for 1 hour on average. This is how I got here. Eventually I’ll double the training when it’s crunch time. Videos coming soon…
