I think one of the best aerobic exercises is riding the bike long distances and at constant pace. Immediately after my core and upper calisthenics session I went to visit a friend in a town nearby, 18 km totally, and a constant heartbeats of 127. 500 calories burned. . It's pretty easy to maintain an aerobic pace on a bike, which is great because it uses oxygen and fat to produse energy, without using glycogen, much needed for the calisthenics sessions . Then got back home and cooked whole spaghetti with mushrooms and tuna. I used raw oi, some tomato sauce, onion and cheese . I had two plates of this. Great overall training and sustainable dish for proper recovery . I wish you all a great weekend!!! 👍💯💪
