Let the present age of daughter be x and mother 30 + x then according to question we have x + 30 + 10 =2(x+10) now on solving this we get x = 20 so the present age of daughter is 20 and mother is 50 years

If present age is 10 of daughter then mother must be 40 ( as she is 30 years older than daughter) after 10 years daughter will be 20 & mother will be 50 it's not twice of daughter age . Daughter current age must be 20 so mother will be 50 after 10 year daughter will be 30 & mother Will be 60 & it's also twice of daughter age . So I think daughter present age must be 20 ( because 30 years age gap also have to maintain as no matter that age gap of 30 years will be there naa

Mother is 30 years older than daughter. After 10 years, mother will be twice daughter’s age. What is daughter’s present age?
