Continue to be healthy and get off the bp meds. By doing this as a daily regime i will lose fat, gain muscle, increase metabolism ,and improve mobility/flexibility

All of the above but build muscle for tone not bulk and sadly after a couple of too much of being off track with alcohol weight loss top priority and get back to being lean 😬
