Strength without losing mobility of the tendons. Lose some belly fat and get lean for a functioning 12 hour work shift kind of life.

Continue to be healthy and get off the bp meds. By doing this as a daily regime i will lose fat, gain muscle, increase metabolism ,and improve mobility/flexibility
