He's swapped with Pure Vanilla, and is the Sage of Truth. Was the leader of the Spire of Knowledge before allowing it to be rebuilt as a sanctuary for all Cookiekind (The Republic movement)
To explain the second image, it's meant to be the Truthless Recluse variant (The Hopeless Jester) which was heavily inspired by Vane Lily's song "Collared" feat Saros which explains the bunny ears
