Scorch shot definitely lol. The diamond back I think can be seen 2 different ways, for a newer spy I think it's a downgrade from stock and the L'tranger would be a better choice, but for a competent spy it can be abused so much with the dead ringer, more the ambassador anyway, I'd still due to the dead ringer nerf that it's ok

if i had to go class by class it would be this; Scout- i can't really think of anything of his too overpowered. Soldier- everything he has is pretty good too, but they could fix the bison. Pyro- do i even need to say anything? Demoman- already had his nerf. could rework stickybomb though Heavy- Natascha. yes the damage done is low but even i can do good with it and i suck ass at heavy so something's wrong. Engineer- Wrangler or the Short Circuit. Medic- vaccinator Sniper- nerf basically every rifle except the piss rifle and The Classic. dare i say The Classic could have a small buff? Spy- this one's kind of funny. i never see diamondback spies anyway and when i do they miss their two crit shots without fail. yes the weapon is overpowered but i swear anyone that picks it cannot aim correctly once they have the Crits.

Scorch Shot and Diamondback, they both reward so much for so little effort.

I'll just do one for each class lol Scout: Crit-A-Cola - You gain mini-crits for free, pair this with something like the force-a-nature or the shortstop and as long as you know how to move and flank as Scout, the marked-for-death downside won't even come into play because they're already dead. Soldier: Battalions? Surprisingly I had difficulty choosing one for him. Pyro: Scorch Shit - Does too much for so little. Remove the stupid knockback stun as well as the 2nd flare that bounces off the ground. Can't really say much without making this too long so in short it just needs a rework. Demoman: Stickybomb Launcher - I know, I know, shocking right? Well I'll just put it shortly. Demo's stickybombs are just too powerful. There's a reason loads of people say he takes no skill to learn because you can just sticky spam and not have to aim with pipes. Which is pretty true. The only thing that I want as a 'nerf' is for them to make it so that the damage depends on how long a stickybomb has been placed. If it's instantly exploded then it does like 36 damage, and if it's blown up after 8 seconds then it does like 96 damage or something. Heavy - Natascha? Same thing with Soldier, I had a tough time choosing. I have no idea how they'd nerf this. Engineer - Wrangler. Again, can't say what to do without a wall of text. Just needs to be reworked a bit with it's attributes. Medic - Vaccinator. Getting an uber ready is so fucking fast holy shit who even thought of this? Sniper - The entire class needs a nerf if I'm being honest. I guess if I had to pick weapons it'd be the Sniper Rifle, The Machina, The Bazaar Bargain, the Bushwaka, or the Darwin's Danger Shield. Spy - Diamondback and DR. Diamondback is overpowered if used with someone that has more than 2 braincells, and the DR just doesn't fit Spy's playstyle and is just annoying without necessarily being overpowered.

Please, I know that this is an awefull suggestion and I hate them myself. Telegraphing was one the things that got the Atomizer changed. Though, I really am just comparing apples to oranges with this. These are the two melee weapons that come to mind, outside the spy class, that lacks when active effects. Candy Cane and Pain Train having their effects tied to being the active weapon? Or something that shows that they are equiped weapons, so their damage vulnerabilities and effects are telegraphed? I could list the Southern Hospitality's fire damage vulnerability here too, but that is more of a buff then a nerf. The Backscratcher would fall into the same category as well, but that less healing from non pack sources is more an own team need to know. And where it actually get used, it is always active. One tell maybe for those out of medival mode encounters? Wow, there are more melee weapons with always on passive stats then I though.

The scorch shot needs a rework I feel like. it’s so similar to the detonator.

Scorch Shot, not a nerf but a rework as it pretty much encourages lazy gameplay which in tandem with the phlog becomes a crutch. Unlike the Detonator which rewards aim and timing (to detonate behind cover) or the flare gun that rewards good aim in general

The two wepons i hate the most are the Scorch Shot, and Black Box, but im probably just stupid also the Black Box is a maybe because its fine in mvm

Wrangler. It should get the Escape Plan treatment and be split into two weapons, one to boost your sentries defense and one to boost your sentries damage and make it player controlled. Its just way too good right now.

Feels like if any rebalances made, would be done in the casual sense, cus that is tf2, but would be interesting to hear from a professional player what they think? Cus most comp rules have weapons straight up banned, so like Could be cool to compare casual rebalance to comp rebalance
