Make a video on calisthenics and protein consumption. Mainly please make something related to diet of a person starting calisthenics. As body grows with the combination of both. Also could you make a video on the topic related to height growth via calisthenics as genetics 🧬 is only 60% and other factors like exercise and diet also play a rol

everybody has to start from somewhere. Dont compare yourself with others brother. If everyone is built the same, then life would be terribly boring. Just remember, CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

I'm proud of myself: I've had my pull up rack for a year and I have only put my jeans on it twice to dry after being caught in the rain. No other clothes have touched it. And I have used it at least once a week for the past month. My mats...not so much. I'm lazy and the carpet works just fine...

Good morning man! I have just bought some resistance bands (33, 55.1 and a 77.1 lb) i'd like to know some exercises i could use to build up some strenght in my arms and legs. Could you maybe make a video about them? Or, if you already made one, can you send me the link? (I searched but found nothing) Many thanks.

You said you were going to train. Sure. Yet…
Some books change how you train. This one changes how your friends see you.
It says:
“I train, but I laugh.”
“I’m jacked, but self-aware.”
“I have calisthenics memes on my coffee table, and I’m not sorry.”
The Calisthenics Meme Book is for those who don’t just count reps—they count inside jokes, too.
And no, it’s not full of science. It’s full of stuff like this: [look at the image]
Over 100 inside jokes from the world of pull-ups, push-ups, and procrastination.
Made by people who live and breathe calisthenics—and occasionally lie down on their yoga mat for 3 hours.
Order now and it ships end of April. (yellowdude.co/collections/books/products/calisthen…)
P.S. Want to get serious? Start with the Push Pull Squat book. And keep an eye out—our Muscle-Up guide lands end of June. You can find them here: yellowdude.co/collections/books
