This is a full body yoga practice I recommend for intermediate yoga students who are already familiar with most yoga poses and who are comfortable practicing in the vinyasa style. We do a standing sequence focused on strength (planks, core planks, pushups) with some balance work. Then we do a seated sequence with lingering stretches for recovery and relaxation. There is a few minutes of Savasana before we close the practice together.

I rarely do Power yoga classes anymore since my shoulder injury. This was challenging for me! Hope you enjoy it. Let me know if you are trying this out.
