I can relate unfortunately. I can try to help at least. If you can, find time to do things that make you happy or talk to people you know will help you feel better. When things get dark for me i remember the quote “even shadows can’t exist without a light in the dark.” It’s okay and completely understandable to feel bad. We need those feelings, but always remember that there is light to and when you are ready, you can find it. Stay awesome! 💚
