Yes, it was a massive help on a recovery journey from ME/CFS. It's interesting that some people find no different. I get a hit from it, you can feel it. But... I still have impaired mitochondria so maybe it's one of those things where it only helps if you actually need it, not just taking it because someone on YouTube needed some content.

Started 2 weeks ago - 5 mg per day, Earth Harmony brand, I mix MB with vitamin C and take 1x day in morning- use near infrared sauna within hour of taking it for better results. I have noticed increased energy, focus and better sleep quality so far. Will take a day or two off every couple of weeks.

Noticed absolutely nothing and stopped taking it. A friend said the same thing

Only in my fish tanks. Works great there

No. I would never knowingly put a synthetic blue substance into my body.

Used it with a puppy who had kennel cough. Cleared it up. Used it on a feral kitten that had respiratory infection and goopy eyes. Cleared it up. I love the stuff. Works great as a home remedy for mild issues.

I want to try it but I know that it kills your good bacteria. That's something that I want to recover. Our good bacteria is too important for us

Yes. Methylene Blue allmost ki ll ed me. I had serotonine syndrome as a side effect. Didn't know what to do. I took 1gramm magnesium for a week to slow my heart beat. It felt like a psychosis. Like I was going to have a heart attack. This stuff can be de ad ly. It is not for everyone.

Recently changed my diet and a few other things in my life so I was already starting to feel amazing. First few times I definitely felt more alert, almost locked in. What I imagine Adderall or Ritalin would be like. Different than caffeine. Had more energy as well as less brain fog . I think it’s one of those supplements that can be used safely as an occasional therapy but some will no doubt abuse it by taking massive amounts. I look forward to see the results of their efforts, and of course hope for good results.
