Ouiji board is a perfect example of: I don’t believe in this shit but there is no way I am willing to find out i am wrong’

"Once evil is given free reign, it becomes exceedingly impossible to put it back"....My reason for not tampering with an Ouija board

Once many years ago, with some friends on a proverbial dark and stormy night. Nothing bad happened as far as I'm aware, however, it was unsettling. One prediction just came true last year but the way it was brought about was horrible. Never again, we won't even have things that depict one in our home such as coffee mugs and the like.

Ah yes. Ouiji Board. Owned by Hasbro Entertainment. The same people who own Transformers, GI Joe, Power Rangers, Mr. Potato Head and apparently the secrets to communicating with the dead.

Not a chance. Some of us are blessed to see or talk to the past. Walking in the shadows can let something in which you have no control over.

I remember going to a house party where they were going to do one, my Mum asked me where I was going & what was the plan etc, I told her, I will never forget the look of terror on her face. I've never seen an expression similar to that ever by my Mum, that look she had, made me scared. Simply by her authentic reaction, I changed plans & didn't go. Promised to my Mum I would never do one, I've kept that promise.

My cousin and I did one many years ago when we were children in my bedroom. It was terrifying. We were just getting into it, and then all of a sudden, my dad came screaming and waving his arm through my bedroom window. Making me and my cousin scream. Turns out my dad went through the effort of climbing up a ladder and coming through my window to scare us...well, he succeeded. Never again.

I wanted Ouija boards to work so badly. I've tried every type and trick. They don't do anything, it's all purely psychological.

I don't know what it is with those boards but they do attract shit. 9/10 times nothing will happen but every now and then something hears you and comes knockin.

My mom thinks her paternal family lost all their wealth because she had an aunt who constantly used the board. When the matriarch of the family passed, the aunt stole everything and left the remaining siblings with literal garbage. My grandpa was only left with a few coins worth like $2K back in the 1960s which is not all bad but mind you, my grandpa's family was loaded and influential in Peruvian society during their heyday. She had a son but he hated his mother so much, he abandoned her. That aunt went from being a well known, celebrated beauty in her town to literally dying alone, demented and penniless. Her body rotted for 2 days before anyone knew she was dead. And guess who ended up buying the mansion she lived at? A woman who once worked as a child servant there. She apparently was abused and exploited until she was unceremoniously thrown to the streets. Well, that maid grew up, became a businesswoman and bought that mansion to make peace with her painful past! A spiritualist told the family that was the only way to make amends because my mom's aunt had dared to use the board and she in her ignorance, unleashed demons and bad spirits into her household. Well, being a horrible person didn't help either. So ever since as long as I can remember, my mom always told me to just stay away from the board. I still consider myself a skeptic but I listened to mama. Let's just say she's been right about a lot of other spiritual things that we went through in life. I'll leave it at that.

My old house I lived in became haunted after playing around with those things. Saw a lot of weird things even glasses moving across and off my coffee table on their own. Even breaking on soft carpet from less then knee height. Thick cup glasses that under normal circumstances would never have shattered from such a low that height onto carpet. I was happy to move from there and never played with them again. It’s been nearly 30 years and I haven’t experienced anything paranormal like that again.

I played one in an apartment building where a lot of its residents had passed away over the years. At some point a while into it, I asked a question and it felt like something passed through my body, and I turned extremely pale. I dont remember exactly what I said, but I know we were being ignorant and weren't taking it serious one bit. Also we had taken MDMA and had a few drinks, but the experience was enough to keep me from playing with one again. I'd do it now, but I most definitely wouldnt do it unless I was 100% sober and/or with anyone that was going to be ignorant.

Yes. Stuff happened all the time. It gets boring after awhile. My advice: If you’re going to use one, know your stuff & make sure you are in a safe state of mind. Don’t get scared, that’s an easier way for them to affect you. Don’t do it depressed or angry, they can latch onto that. Always say goodbye & try not to knowingly talk to something inhuman. If something happens in the room or house, because of it, cleanse your house and keep an eye on it and don’t ignore your intuition if something still feels wrong.

I did it once in college after a drunken night out. Me and some friends brought some girls back to their place and did it, but nothing ever happened. I would never do it again after seeing what could happen

I have one. Used it many times. Everyone I’ve used it with is scared at first but as soon as they figure out how the game works they laugh at how stupidly simple it is. So it tells you to get as many people together as possible, lightly touch the planchette, spin it in a circle while asking a question. Okay first off you sit with your arms held out in front of you. If you don’t think this is hard, try to see how long you can hold your arms out in front of you lol. It’ll be like a min or two for most people. Anyways so then the board is waxed wood (slippery) and the planchette is the lightest wood I’ve ever seen, lighter than plywood and has FELT COTTON tips on the bottom of the pegs. You can probably guess, but it’s peoples arms get sore, youre told you can’t take them off the planchette lol, and then people start making small movements to try to keep their arms out, and youre only supposed to lightly touch it so you can’t rest your arms lol. So it’s basically just many people trying to keep their arms still and kt wiggles around a little. But unless someone is making it spell something, it won’t on its own lol. Notice how everyone thats used one says they talk to Pazuzu? 😂😂 On top of that, I wanted to see how slippery the board was, so I flicked the planchette on my regular wood table, went like 6 inches? Then I flicked the planchette while it was on the board and it flew so fast it shot off the table lol. They are fake. 100% i have the hasbro one and everything. Not a single person I’ve ever used it with believes in them anymore. They mostly say they’re glad I bought one and not them. 😂 Then of course as kids, you prank the gullible kids and they grow up their whole lives telling tales of the scary piece of wood, it’s amazing to me how many people still believe in that thing - admittedly no one I’ve seen that believes it has ever used one so there’s that lol. I think it has that “satanic panic” feel to it where since people are told it’s evil, they believe it and retell stories second hand stories lol. I do believe in the paranormal as I’ve had objects go flying across my room seen by multiple people - it’s why I got the board in the first place. But no, hasbro are just marketing geniuses that sold a piece of wood for $40 to everyone lmao. I refuse to say goodbye to it haha. On top of that, EVERY video I’ve seen of one, and there is a lot cause it’s super easy to fake, all of them has been hilariously fake with horrible acting lol. All you have to do is move your arms and say you aren’t and go 😦😦😦😦😦😦 Read the comments on this. People are literally talking about ZoZo and saying their older brothers pranked them and shit lmao. I wrote this without even reading the other comments first, had to come back to edit. Wait. Maybe im a psychic and I KNEW they were gonna say t

Yes. Multiple times, always had good sessions but the last time i did one i got an emergency call and had to leave the session, spaced my mind and forgot to say goodbye. Never forget to say goodbye. Ever since i see this black shadow and it always likes to knock and throw things across the room. Pull my hoodie strings, hair, touch my shoulders. I've done everything to get rid of it. I stopped using one ever since. But i still use the psychic circle and love it.
