I really love this series of yours. I also hope you get to travel to Sri Lanka, we have a lot of naturally vegan food too. Due to religious diversity that has prevailed in the country for millennia, a vegetarian/vegan option has always existed.

It's cute that you try to promote veganism in all these foreign countries. But the reality is, they probably all use ghee or some type of animal fat to cook these foods. It's standard in all the countries you make videos about.
