There’s this thing every January everyone knows about… “New year, New Me”
You see vision boards, facebook posts, and promises to finally get rid of that one bad habit.

EVERYONE seems to commit to it… until the midst of February. Half of the people that posted about almost completely ditched the promises they made to themselves, and about 93% of those posts have been disregarded by March.
This pattern shows up Every. Single. Year.

Here’s why…
That “New me” thing is driven by a public trend and not an actual–internal shift. They started doing it because everyone else was doing it.

Classic FOMO.
And when the trend finally dies, they slowly revert back to the same person they were 2 months ago because there’s no longer a reason to keep going.

See, when speaking about a “New you”, remember that you’re speaking about a huge decision you’re about to make. You’re shifting a complete framework you grew up with.

Every natural decision, every single ‘tick’ of your subconscious, will be replaced by an entirely new perspective.

That change is so uncomfortable that it makes reverting back to old ways so damn easy.

So, if you’re actually serious about a change, you don’t have to ride an annual trend to make it possible.

You can even start right now, I made this Identity Shifting bootcamp that tackles EXACTLY how you can make this change possible.
