Frankly I think anyone who kept their savings in form of CS pixels just deserved it. Like bro, if I opened some knife or other rare skin/skin pattern that's worth more than like 100$ id instantly put it on auction at like 60-80% of it's market value and sell it for real cash. Also let's be real, the biggest victims are Chinese and Russian skin scammers.
