Just finding your channel, awesome workouts! The scales are so hard not to see especially growing up in the 80s and that was pretty much how weight/body was defined...gonna take alot i think to unlearn alot of the bad habits...thanks so much for all you do!

I track my weight but I’m mainly interested in reducing my waistline. If waistline goes down and weight is up I can infer that I’m building muscle.
