10km recovery run after hard intervals yesterday. Felt alright, I’m getting stronger. Three months ago I would’ve been dead today if I hit this workout the day before.
On the other side of the run I had a serious chicken session waiting. Thai chicken burger. Delicious.
Then a quick stop at the local Asian store. Picked up my favorite ingredient gochujang. And shot a few frames for a mini music video. Excited to show you. Probably tomorrow 2pm Stockholm time.
