This week heaven gained another angel; our beautiful and loving Mother. She gave birth to all four of us. I've been going for daily walks to clear my mind and open my heart to wonder of all that is. I am seeing Mom everywhere in butterflies, dragonflies, Mike my brother sees her as a rainbow. Paul says, "Mom made a pride sky!" I love that she is giving us signs that she is happy and at peace. I feel her love pour into my heart when I'm sittng for meditation and prayer. And i have my moments of tearful reflecting and im grateful i am allowing myself to grieve. I've been taking bach flower remedy, *Star of Bethlehem; helps with grief and shock. Two drops under the tongue when I need it.
