How about some real food. Unprocessed food, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, butter, avocado, and green veggies that grow above the ground cooked in butter?

Remove the whip cream, add some high quality honey, cacao and cinnamon. It will even improve the taste and give you powerful ingredients! Go easy on the cinnamon, it has a very strong taste.

Yogurt 140 calories, 12 grams protein
Protein powder 140 cal, 33 g protein
Mixed berries
~2 oz skim milk
Sprinkling of soy protein cereal
Creatine monohydrate
And whipped cream of course
~50 g of protein, less than 500 calories
