The world wasn't anymore prepared to receive Him than any other time. He came at that time because of the timing of when the temple would be destroyed and those of Judah dispersed.

It's amazing to think how God's timing is always perfect, even when we can't fully see it yet. Just like Jesus came at the right time in history to spread the Gospel, we can trust that every detail of His return is being prepared with the same divine wisdom. This strengthens my faith to walk patiently and expectantly every day.

Real love requires God's free will by definition, but don't be fooled into thinking man has the "free will" to respond to God's love. We, by nature, run from God, hate His light & despise His commandments. It's only because of His grace that He sends His Spirit to "make alive" those who are called to be His own. I hear so much about man's free will nowadays that I think the Glory that God deserves for saving us, is lost with every testimony that includes phrases such as "when i gave my life to the Lord" or "I decided to follow Jesus" etc... it only gives us reason to boast, when TRULY we have none, it's ALL of God & we are to boast only in the fact that HE saved us & that HE is why we will be a part of the great hosts of heaven that will sing His praise & glorify Him forever!! Love your ministry Allen!

When Jesus came it was after Alexander the great conquered most of the world and through that a common language was spread, koine Greek, after Alexander empire disintegrated, Rome took over and built roads. The world was connected in some sense. It was the perfect time for the new testament to be written in a language most could understand or knew someone who understood and it was the perfect time for the Gospel to spread to the ends of the earth at that time. It changed history and we are blessed beyond measure at how. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ

This is sad because I like Allan. God’s timing has NOTHING to do with human “free will”. That is blasphemy against a sovereign God.

If anyone can pray for my local Jehovah witnesses cult to see the light and soften their hearts toward God, I would greatly appreciate it

Well, His will and love overrides our 'free will'. God in His sovereignty commands us to repent and believe. As we praise God for His loving kindness towards us through Jesus Christ and whom He predestined to come at the right time- Romans 5:6 [6] For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. -and Him being a ransom for many. In order for us to truly love and respond, we need to be truly changed and regenerated. We can't see the beauty of the Gospel apart from God transforming us and giving us faith to trust Jesus.

THE BEAT by Allen Parr
God is intentional with everything He does. Jesus came when the world was prepared for His message to spread. The same God who timed His first coming is guiding every detail of His return.
