For anyone whos baby is wanting feeds too often and not ready yet alfalfa seeds one tea spoon or a tablespoon of alfalfa sprouts for mom to eat makes your milk richer so he will be more satisfied by his feed if you're breast feeding. My midwife shared me this tip and it does work. When I expressed after taking the alfalfa you could see a thicker creamier milk was produced. So I will pass on that tip to anyone and the sprouts and seeds don't taste of much. East to add on top of things. Very good 👍

My son cut teeth at 4 months and had two top and two bottom in by 4.5 months. Once he bit clear through and I no longer gushed milk but blood, pumping, and pureed foods were immediately implemented. Breast milk was had through the 12th month via bottle post 4 months. He's 30, has a wife and 3 children, and never needed so much as braces. He's 6'3".

My daughter ate foods when she was ready and nursed until a week before her 3rd birthday. Never once had to take her to the doctor for even so much as a cold.

My first 12-13 months...beforehand no interest and only breastmilk! She weaned at 22 months. My second was interested around 6 months and we did blw with whole pieces. He breastfed until 3.5 years! Every child is different! I have them lead the way!

I waited until the baby had teeth. But I'm pretty sure he had them at 6 months. He was also hitting the other criteria of feeding himself and sitting on his own.

My son was around 6mo and wanted to eat solids, but I should have introduced better options for him. He's had digestive issues till this day.
