In my opinion it's a tie between Modern and Movie because of the mix of a serious and funny personality Modern Eggman has and how much of a good job Jim Carrey does at showing that type of a personality while playing the role of Eggman in the movies. PS, I think that Paramount was looking at Sonic 06 Eggman when they were deciding what the design would be for the more game-accurate clothes that Jim would be wearing in Sonic 3 because that costume has more similarities to the design of the clothes that Eggman was shown wearing in that old game than what Eggman's clothes look like in any other Sonic games and shows which don't show him with that realistic CGI character design that he has in 06.
