Notice at 37:19 when Liz talks about texting other women, Landon scrunches his brows and looks annoyed + mad that she even said that. Then he says "yeah well". Also, there's a point where she talks about going to the psychiatrist and he laughs.

Just expressing an opinion here...but I have celebrity, royalty and influencer drama fatigue, so I'm not interested in this type of body language breakdown. I feel spending time on irrelevant people's drama is a waste of my time, and viewing content about them just feeds into their unhealthy influence on our culture.
