The problem is not only consistente characteristics, but also consistent background between scenes within the same story. Jumping between backgrounds is easy but same character doing different things in the same background is tough. Imagine a character doing different things in his special living room, kitchen, etc.

I’ve never heard of this method so I’m waiting with bated breath for this breakdown.

The consistent character method that seems to be the most powerful right now is:
1. Generating a reference
2. Using videos to turn that reference into assets
3. Building scenes out of those assets
I am working on a deep dive video covering everything you need to know about doing this... but I am curious. Have any of you tried this? What's easy? What's hard? Do you have any questions about doing it yourself?
