Things don’t get EASIER as you age
We all know that.
It takes more planning…
More dedication…
More focus…
…to feel great and stay healthy the older we get
BUT
That doesn’t mean that we have to ACCEPT that everything is going to go downhill with each passing year
If you take care of yourself:
You exercise
You eat whole foods
You work to have a healthy social life
You foster your mental health
You prioritize quality sleep
…and so on
You can still feel GREAT into your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond
As much as I hear the “Just wait until…” from people older than I am
I also hear people saying “I feel better now than I did 20 years ago!”
Especially if they are actively working on their health now and didn’t prioritize it in the past
And yes, I know…
Some things are out of your control and come up in your later years
I’m not talking about those things
I’m talking about the things that ARE IN YOUR CONTROL
