As a man who is 40 years old. I spent the last 15 years going to the gym, always kept my health and fitness in check. Didn't over eat, drink alot, take drugs or smoke. Now I am seeing the benefits. To people of all ages, look after your health. Physically and mentally because you are no good to anyone if you are laying in a hospital bed or in an early grave. Life is too precious.

There is no path, it’s unbroken uneven ground with a labyrinth of walkways, some with cliffs, some with rolling golden unbeaten paths that comfortably flow. You’re never on the same path for long. Some challenge you, some try to destroy you, some reward you and most teach you a lesson. Whatever happens, take a step back to acknowledge where you are. You’ll always be ok. If you can’t see where you’re going, just look to take a step at a time

Did life forced you to stop the grind after 35, like did family and job boss pull you down, does it hamper becoming better, or like taking risks in business or others?

I have finally found my purpose and life’s work. I love the ideas building around it and I’m committed to this mission. My biggest obstacle is fear. It’s easy to plan and strategise but when it’s time to execute fear gets really real and I find myself procrastinating or doubting that next step when it’s time to take it, zoomed out it was a no-brainier. How do you guys tackle this kind of fear? Any routines or ideas you use for overcoming it?

I'm an under age 35 black dude. My question to over age 35 dudes everywhere is this: If you have found your life purpose, what is it? How can I find my life purpose, particularly in ways to earn & save a lot of money, while having passion & enjoyment either in my professional or personal life?

When one realize , he has literally wasted his teens up to his early 20s(25yrs) and now in his mid 20s(26yrs) due to too much play, inconsistency and indiscipline, how can he move on from that, seeing that all the people around you have moved so big and so better ? What can he do, how can he forget all that and just start over ? What do this persons know that made them better in their 20s , why are some persons so quick to understanding life and what they have got to do ?
