Agree completely. But more importantly it’s important that all creators understand the laws and regulations where they live in the world. Often companies outside their legal jurisdiction will not understand where the line is drawn in the country the creator resides. In the UK the ASA are cracking down hard and have an open channel for consumers to report creators too. I would go further and suggest creators look carefully at the items they’ve been provided carefully too. If it arrived without relevant compliance certificates or instructions in the box you might also be enticing your audience to import products that are illegal in your country too. Chinese market places for example have poor practices in that regard.
