Lux was ascending from the 1st Rum 1st was really good- theatrical but good. What lux did in his first was let you know Rums origin story, then in the second and 3rd he ran run Nitty down. Rum 2nd and 3rd was diminishing when he had rap after lux.

The issue is we have the spongebob / Vine generation who have to hear a punch after punch to stay connected to the battle. When you have another generation that wants to hear continuity of thought. They want you to tell a whole story through three rounds, that breaks down your opponent. That generation doesn't need constant punches as long as you're doing the work in between the bars.

NGL Lux is a GOAT. Easily top 5 all time based off Legacy and ability but if I’m honest Rum’s lines were just better. They hit harder to me. Lux is a genius because he did predict that Rum would have a bunch of punches but regardless of that Rum’s punches were just more captivating.

Lux took it for sure. He hit too many levels. Nitty was in his bag but he is 3% substance, 97% generic filler. Lux was just more advanced. Rum had some otherworldly punches though, unquestionably

This is obviously a preference battle. Classic but i got Nitty. That creativity is unmatched. There is nobody in battle rap that can create the bars that he come up with. The unorthodox setup to delivery.

This battle was like listening to Ludacris verse Andre 3000. Luda going to punch all day while Andre is going to rap rap, give you substance, wordplay and punches when needed. It's like eating the best chips you ever had or eating healthy food. One is going to satisfy you for the moment the other is going to stick to your ribs
