I just saw your “warm up/stretch with me” video! Thank you! This is new to me so sprinkling some short videos like those would be lovely once in a while. Some type of guided or work along with video to show how to do certain stretches and the duration of them as well is so awesome! Love all your videos and also really appreciate how you talk about the exercise and where you should be feeling it instead of just showing the exercise—it’s super helpful so thank you!

Hi Sophie! I love having some options with dumbbells & weights to do at the gym. Split in upper body, legs or abs like you already have. I love the options 10 to 20min.
