Exactly. This is why people love video games, hard work actually pays off there (unlike in real life).

I... don't think I want to be indebted to a landlord and the sole supporter of a town of people that expect you to solve every one of their problems...

I would just like any of a lot of the RPGs I have played where, if I need some money, I can go out into the area around town and kill goblins and wolves for an hour or two and have a month's rent.

The OG animal crossing is the best. On switch 1 switch 2 I want an animal crossing game that’s a fusion of the GameCube, wild world, city folk, new leaf, new horizons and any other animal crossing game I forgot to mention and all the villagers from all those animal crossing games included. Villager Betty which was a female chicken on the GameCube version hasn’t been seen at all and disappeared forever. If you don’t own animal crossing on the GameCube you don’t know who I’m talking about

Unless you live in a smalltown/rural area, the houses and stores shouldn't be so close to each other
