You can tell people about Jesus, but you can't make people believe in him, if they choose to follow Jesus it's a decision they make, not a decision we make for them, but by mentioning Jesus to people who may not have heard about him otherwise, we are planting seeds in their minds, it's not our job to make the seeds grow into flowers, we just plant the seeds, God is the one who causes them to grow.
