3 for sure grew up running the creeks catching sun perch (as we called them) bass, goggle eyes but grandma would fry em up. Best times ever

1) numbers guy. As in numbers of casts. “I cast my rod 400 times” is just as cool as “I caught 4 bass” right?

2) size isn’t everything but, just doing it and appreciating all that is involved in the sport. Early mornings, the smell, the catch, the release, bait, repeat and thank God.
