Wide, 100%! I make jam and the regular jar mouths are too narrow to pour it from the pot into the jar. We are talking about jars, right? 😉 Btw, I love this project. I’d never have considered this but I don’t can so much food that I need storage for my jar lids. Your projects are always thoughtful
