Generally, I’d say overthinking. It’s never been a problem for me personally, but I’ve seen it cause so much pain for a so many people. I’ve seen my sister cry multiple times per day for over a week straight from overthinking. I’ve seen friends feel like the world is ending from overthinking. My dad is in psychosis right now and I think a significant part of the cause was him stressing himself into a frenzy because of overthinking. I think overthinking is a crucial thing to learn to manage, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the #1 worst thing for your mental health apart from straight up having a mental illness

Breaks are Weakness when you KNOW the time is NOW. At the same time though, you can't save the Universe everyday. It's important to reserve the Right to temporarily stop caring for a day or so here and there. Give yourself permission to fail and not care SOMETIMES. But always be mindful of the risks this can pose, by falling back into that rut of no productivity. Before I do it, I always try to have a little soul searching so I can REGAIN my strength during this, and only remain in this state as long as you need to, before getting back on and continuing onward.

All of them but stopping people pleasing really frees up energy.

the first one by a long stretch, without question. The prison in the mind is the source of other sufferings...

It's honestly almost equally everything. Trying to please everyone from my perspective would easily skyrocket to the worst one if you're doing it. I've done it to limited amounts I may still be doing it some unknowingly. My girlfriend does it and she identified and loves that about herself but it seems like a front, she doesn't really even have the resources to take care of herself so whatever she does for people is pretty minimal. For her it's a significant amount of money but people don't think of her in the way I think she is hoping for because of it. I have turned people down but I've almost felt I was too nice but if I learned anything from Walter White there's never a perfect timing or thing that can be said you've just got to put your stance out there and move on.
